Watercolour Lurantis

Huzzah! I'm back. I guess...
Last two months was something "out of this world" for me (the high school). Sorry to my watchers and others for disappearing without any word. I have some artworks in my drawer ready to publish. Alright, it's not my diary, so let's focus on the artwork above.

Ah, the Lurantis. There's something in her that keeps in my heart.

This piece is an experiment of mixing markers with watercolours. I have to admit, watercolour is a great substitute for Copic markers or Promarkers. The effect is very appealing and has that illustrative look. Also, the outlines. I fell in love with them. The sticker-like style really matches the subject. My next goal is to experiment with the width of outline depending on lighting and shadows. I'm currently using not-so-high-class dry watercolour, because of the small format of artwork (12cm x 7 cm / 4.7" x 2.8").
